Our Founder

Meet Justin, Our Founder! Justin's perspective on technology was shaped early on, raised in the heart of the Bay Area within a loving family that instilled in him a simple truth: skills are the key to every success. Over the past eight years, he has navigated the IT space with a relentless focus on AI and Cybersecurity, often serving as the Lead and New Hire Trainer for technical teams.

It was in these leadership roles that Justin saw a recurring gap—new talent arrived with degrees and certifications, yet often lacked the practical ability to execute in real-world scenarios. This realization, coupled with his personal love for the immersive problem-solving found in escape rooms, inspired him to found Just n' Tech. Justin is dedicated to giving back to the IT industry by shortening the skills gap and proving that in the modern workforce, your ability to perform is the only credential that truly matters.
